📝 Responsibilities:

• Draft Estate Planning Documents – Prepare trusts, wills, and powers of attorney for estates valued at $5M–$50M, ensuring compliance with 2025 NY and federal tax laws.
• Conduct Asset Analysis – Review financial portfolios, real estate holdings, and business interests to optimize estate plans and minimize tax liabilities.
• File Probate Documents – Submit petitions and accountings in NY Surrogate’s Court, coordinating with court officials to meet procedural deadlines.
• Prepare Tax Filings – Draft IRS Form 706 and state estate tax returns, ensuring accuracy for high-net-worth estates under complex regulations.
• Structure Charitable Trusts – Design CRUTs and CLTs, tailoring provisions to align with client philanthropic goals and tax strategies.
• Manage Trust Administration – Oversee trust distributions and amendments, preparing fiduciary accountings for multi-million-dollar trusts.
