Job Description

The position will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing short term and long term mining plans along with maintaining minimum proven reserves requirements. The position will ensure all mining operations are in compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations. The position will develop and implement Capital and Major Maintenance projects to ensure effective mine operations.
The position is responsible for the administration of Environmental Compliance and Permitting for the Plant facility and mine site, ensuring compliance with all applicable Company, Local, State, and Federal regulations. This position will submit reports required by any regulation and/or policy. The position will maintain all applicable files and will be the facility contact for any regulatory audits. The position will direct, coordinate, and train plant staff of any regulatory compliance measures needed to comply with applicable regulations and policies. The position will conduct internal audits/inspections as required by permits. The position will develop and implement Capital and Major Maintenance projects that are required for continued compliance with all environmental regulations.
