Synch-Solutions is looking for a UiPath Developer to deliver Automation Projects in the Automation Program Portfolio. This position is 100% remote with no travel and is a full-time 1099 / C2C role. Applicants must be USA citizens due to the sensitivity of the public sector.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement process improvement tools including Workflow, RPA, OCR, NLP, and ML to meet business requirements.
  • Map current processes, explore and test new technologies for process re-engineering, digitization, and automation.
  • Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD) with detailed process flows and technical specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and document test procedures and scenarios for user acceptance testing.
  • Plan development approaches for projects using object-oriented design skills.
  • Work within project constraints, communicate risks and issues to the project manager.
  • Support the creation and refinement of a framework for rapid and repeatable process delivery.
  • Monitor and scale solutions to meet SLAs and effectiveness.
  • Analyze RPA incidents and process exceptions to identify root causes.
  • Ensure the implementation of solutions is complete, effective, and sustainable.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to refine automation based on user feedback.

Qualifications and Education

  • Must be UiPath Certified.
  • Bachelors degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a UiPath Developer.
  • Knowledge of VBA, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and other automation tools is advantageous.
  • Experience with advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and programming languages like Python, Java, HTML, ASP.NET.
  • Knowledge of DBMS systems such as MySQL and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, business process mapping, project management, and agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with a team.
