Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a client's onboarding project for a 30-day, fully remote assignment. This individual will play a key role in facilitating a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance and an exceptional new hire experience from offer acceptance through Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding process by initiating personnel records and ensuring accurate completion of new hire documentation.

  • Coordinate new hire paperwork, including I-9 verification, benefits enrollment, tax forms, and compliance documents.

  • Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings.

  • Move candidates efficiently through the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring timely updates and documentation.

  • Partner with internal HR teams and hiring managers to ensure readiness for Day 1.

  • Troubleshoot any issues with onboarding systems or documentation.

  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems and records.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition coordination, or recruitment administration.

  • Hands-on experience with onboarding processes and compliance documentation (I-9, E-Verify, benefits enrollment, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS/HR software (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Workday, iCIMS, etc.).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and discretion.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Fully remote work capability with reliable internet connection.

  • Work Schedule: Monday Friday, standard business hours (EST preferred)
