We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a client's onboarding project for a 30-day, fully remote assignment. This individual will play a key role in facilitating a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance and an exceptional new hire experience from offer acceptance through Day 1.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the onboarding process by initiating personnel records and ensuring accurate completion of new hire documentation.
Coordinate new hire paperwork, including I-9 verification, benefits enrollment, tax forms, and compliance documents.
Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings.
Move candidates efficiently through the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring timely updates and documentation.
Partner with internal HR teams and hiring managers to ensure readiness for Day 1.
Troubleshoot any issues with onboarding systems or documentation.
Maintain data integrity across HR systems and records.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition coordination, or recruitment administration.
Hands-on experience with onboarding processes and compliance documentation (I-9, E-Verify, benefits enrollment, etc.).
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS/HR software (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Workday, iCIMS, etc.).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fully remote work capability with reliable internet connection.
