Visual Storyteller / Content Creator
We’re looking for a passionate and talented visual storyteller—someone who excels at graphic design, copywriting with strategy, and knows how to craft a clear, engaging narrative.
In this role, you’ll bring our brand identity to life through Instagram Stories, high-converting emails, and visually thoughtful moments. You’ll also lead the day-to-day conversation with our community across all platforms, keeping our tone, visuals, and messages aligned. You’ll collaborate with our Head of Marketing for direction, but once aligned, you’ll lead the execution—owning both visuals and copy from start to finish.

Primary Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
– Develop and execute high-engagement Instagram Stories and email campaigns that reflect both brand identity and performance goals
– Translate creative direction into clear, emotionally resonant storytelling with strong visuals and purposeful copy
– Use principles of visual hierarchy, rhythm, and retention to create content that holds attention and drives action
Creative Strategy & Research
– Conduct visual and market research aligned with our aesthetic, values, and growth targets
– Bring a deep understanding of what influences clicks, swipes, and shares—from color theory to cognitive triggers like curiosity, urgency, or familiarity
– Monitor performance data (CTR, views, reach, open rates) and iterate based on what truly resonates with our audience
– Approach content not just as visuals—but as moments designed to shift perception, behavior, or mood
Brand Communication & Community
– Lead the day-to-day conversation with our audience across all platforms, making every touchpoint feel intentional
– Ensure visuals and messaging are rooted in clarity, trust, and emotional alignment
– Leverage storytelling techniques that build connection and inspire continued engagement
Execution & Ownership
– Own your work from concept to delivery with a high standard for design, language, and outcome
– Work closely with the Head of Marketing to stay aligned on strategic goals and upcoming launches
– Move fast, refine with care, and approach every project with the mindset of impact
Candidate Requirements
– 5+ years in a visual content, brand storytelling, or digital design role
– Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
– Strong portfolio that shows both visual storytelling and copywriting
– Clear, thoughtful writing style that aligns to our style
– Ability to work with structure and intention in a fast-paced environment
– Experience using performance insights to refine creative direction
– Must be based in Doral, FL and available to work on-site
– Passionate about creating meaningful, beautiful, and effective content—start to finish
Salary & Compensation
– $28-30/hour (average)
