The Revenue Operations Manager is part of the Finance and Operations team and is responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the revenue outlook for assigned accounts. The goal is to achieve maximum revenue through data analysis and risk mitigation. This position is located in Austin, TX. Essential Responsibilities include driving process and performing analysis of client forecasting, ordering rates, and commercial signals to create accurate judged forecasts with inputs from Sales and Business Units; performance analysis of forecasting, actual revenue attainment, and backlog attainment; collaborating with supply chain and fab to ensure the necessary capacity to achieve revenue goals; proactively identifying risks to revenue plan and driving actions to mitigate those risks; collaborating with commercial, supply chain, and finance teams to address fulfillment issues and solve complex problems with long-term solutions; communicating current revenue projections clearly and effectively to Business Units, Finance, and Upper Management; providing business analysis support and working on special projects as needed to fulfill customer requirements. Other responsibilities include performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline; 6+ years of relevant experience; proficiency in MS Excel; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; highly motivated, proactive, and self-sufficient; effective communicator with strong presentation skills; ability to independently interface with internal support teams and be recognized as a team player; availability for phone calls with global sites at odd hours; project management skills including the ability to innovate and execute solutions and navigate ambiguity; experience and in-depth knowledge of the semiconductor industry; hybrid remote and in-office work arrangement; fluency in English; minimal travel required; willingness to apply for, obtain and maintain a USG personnel security clearance at the required level; applicant must be a U.S. Citizen; must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET level U.S. Government security clearance. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerBI; experience and knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense market; experience with D365.
