*Pediatric Specialists *is seeking a compassionate, board-eligible or board-certified pediatrician to join our outstanding team.
For more than 70 years, *Pediatric Specialists* has delivered the highest standard of pediatric care in the Hampton Roads area. With four locations across Norfolk and Chesapeake, the Pediatric Specialists team consists of 13 board-certified pediatricians who strive to promote health, healing, and hope for all children. An award-winning practice under the umbrella of *Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters*, Pediatric Specialists was named "Best Pediatric Practice" by *Coastal Virginia Magazine* readers in 2022 and 2023!

*Responsibilities include:*
* Provide high-quality, compassionate pediatric care in an outpatient clinic setting
* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions in children
* Build strong connections with patients and families, fostering a supportive environment
* Participate in rotating on-call duties as needed
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including subspecialists, nursing staff, and on-call triage
* Ensure patient care is aligned with best practices and medical guidelines
* Engage in continuing medical education and professional development
*Qualifications*
* Board-eligible or board-certified in pediatrics (if board-eligible, certification must be obtained within 2 years of residency completion)
* Must possess a valid Virginia medical license
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care
* Excellent rapport with children and families
