Job Description

Lakewood Amphitheatre is seeking Parking Lot Attendants who will be responsible for directing and creating a smooth flow of vehicle traffic upon entry and exit from the venue. This is a part-time, seasonal position for show days. Responsibilities include directing motorists to parking areas or parking spaces using hand signals, flags, and flashlights; lifting, positioning, and removing barricades to open or close parking areas; keeping parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage; patrolling parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and thefts; calculating parking charges and collecting fees from guests; participating in the venue’s sustainability program by implementing resource conservation and waste prevention programs such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating fans about these efforts; and performing other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor. Requirements include a high school diploma/GED preferred, constant walking and occasional sitting, previous experience as a parking lot attendant preferred, excellent communication skills, a well-groomed appearance, and passing a pre-employment background check.
