Plans, directs & coordinates the daily assignments and operations of Domino's Restaurant and staff in Hyannis, Cape Cod, MA.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Manage daily operations of Domino's Restaurant serving associated food items and beverages;
2. Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation, serving, and cleaning methods;
3. Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, maintain food and equipment inventory, keep inventory records;
4. Handle customer questions and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or other issues; count monies and make deposits;
5. Schedule staff hours, train, and motivate a quality team;
6. Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and train new or existing staff;
7. Prepare employee review and performance reports;
8. Plan and coordinate sales and marketing promotions.

Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Business, Management, or related field and knowledge of service administration principles in coordination of people & resources; ability to lead independently and communicate information effectively.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position, requiring forty (40) hours per week. The job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges, working within a high-stress environment; honesty and ethics; ability to work with others within a team environment; careful attention to detail & completion of tasks; reliability and dependability.
