The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

We are seeking a confident, high-performing EA who is an excellent communicator, highly resourceful, proactive, and thrives in a hyper-growth, multicultural environment.

This role encompasses special projects, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment across key initiatives. You will manage administrative, logistical, and project-related tasks for the Chief People Officer and the People organization.

The Opportunity:

• Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex, global calendars and coordinating meetings.
• Oversee team meetings: prepare materials, manage logistics, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate logistics for team on-sites, off-sites, and leadership meetings.
• Plan and execute flawless international and domestic travel itineraries.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and leadership team.
• Lead special projects from concept to execution.
• Foster strong relationships with senior leaders and the broader EA community.
• Drive operational alignment and ensure effective cross-functional communication.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and communications.
• Provide backup administrative support to other senior executives as needed.

• Proven experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working in a multi-time zone, international environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Based in Silicon Valley, CA, and commutable to Redwood City.

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

Base Pay Range: $99,200 - $148,800 USD
