Residential Estimator – Foundation Repair (Burien, WA) Robbins and Co. is hiring a full-time Residential Estimator to join our family-run construction company with over 73 years of experience in Burien, WA. Specializing in foundation repair and drainage systems, we’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to prepare cost estimates and bids for residential projects using Microsoft Excel. What You’ll Do: Create accurate cost estimates and material takeoffs in Excel. Conduct site visits using company-provided vehicles. Collaborate with clients, providing updates and managing interactions (CRM experience a plus). Review project proposals for accuracy. Location: 1228 S. 140th St, Burien, WA 98168
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of residential estimating experience (foundation repair/drainage a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Valid Washington state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
No degree required (Construction Management degree a plus).
Familiarity with Contractor Accelerator CRM is a bonus.
