ESL Teacher

Responsible for teaching English as a second language to our students. In this position, there is an opportunity to help develop instructional materials, and assess students' progress. You will also be expected to provide a supportive and engaging learning environment to help students improve their English language skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teaching English as a second language to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Instructing from educational materials that meet the needs of individual students and groups.
• Assessing students' language abilities and tailoring instruction to meet their needs.
• Providing feedback to students on their progress and offering suggestions for improvement.
• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student participation and motivation.
• Using technology and other resources to enhance instruction and student learning.
• Keeping accurate records of student grades, and progress.
• Staying up to date with current trends and developments in ESL teaching and incorporating them into instruction.
• This position will require morning and/or evening hours of instruction.
• This is not an exhaustive list of duties.

Required:

• 1 year of ESL classroom teaching experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
