Job Type Full-time Description Total Warehouse is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an accounting background-who is eager to deepen their understanding of GAAP, support critical financial operations, and grow in a fast-paced, learning-driven environment. Requirements Job Responsibilities: Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions Help ensure compliance with GAAP and evolving tax regulations Accurately categorize and reconcile credit card transactions Assist with month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Contribute to process improvements to streamline accounting workflows Collaborate closely with team members across departments Maintain organized and well-documented financial records Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or 2-3 years of experience in accounting Familiarity with GAAP principles Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) or a demonstrated desire to learn Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Strong communication skills and a team player mentality Self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges Passionate about continuous improvement and operational efficiency Key Performance Indicators: Transactions finished daily/weekly Salary Description Salary Range is $30-33/hr TOTAL WAREHOUSE Inc
