Essential Job Functions Qualifications Skills/Abilities Daily reconciliation and closing of route sales. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records Route accounting Perform both daily and monthly reconciliations Resolve discrepancies in a professional manner Complete month-end tasks including: monthly reports, general ledger entries, and accrual entries Perform general administrative support such as copying, faxing, filing, etc. Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications High school diploma Experience in general accounting activities is preferred Skills/Abilities Solid overall general skills in math and numbers work, computer and 10-key entry, organizing, and communicating in both verbal and written form.
