*Dietary Manager | Full-Time*

Are you a passionate food service professional with a heart for seniors? We’re looking for an experienced *Dietary Manager* to lead the dietary operations at a respected nursing facility in the area.

*What You’ll Do:*

* Oversee daily dietary services, ensuring meals meet nutritional standards and resident preferences
* Manage inventory, food ordering, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
* Supervise and schedule dietary staff, promoting a positive team environment
* Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to support resident care plans

*What We’re Looking For:*

* Previous experience in a dietary leadership role, preferably in long-term care or healthcare
* Knowledge of dietary regulations (including state and federal requirements)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred but not required
