A law firm seeks a Corporate M&A Private Equity Associate with 3 to 6 years of transactional experience in an Am Law firm. The position is based in Miami, FL, but can also be located in Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Washington, DC, or other Florida offices.

Duties

• Engage in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
• Draft and review complex legal documents.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on transactional matters.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of M&A and private equity experience.
• Experience in an Am Law 100 firm.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission in the resident office jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission or eligibility in the jurisdiction of the resident office.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
