We are excited to offer a full-time dentist position (4+ days/week) in a modern, high-performing office that consistently produces over $1.1 million in annual revenue . This is an incredible opportunity for a motivated associate dentist to step into a busy, turn-key practice and build lasting relationships with patients and team members.

• Facility: 7 fully equipped dental operatories in a clean, renovated space designed for efficiency and comfort
• Team: A skilled, collaborative team of 2 Dental Assistants, 1 EFDA, 2 Registered Dental Hygienists , and a supportive Office Manager —all dedicated to helping you thrive
• Patients: Well-established patient base with high treatment acceptance , plus a proven new patient marketing strategy to keep your schedule full
• Compensation: You will earn a daily guarantee of $1500 per day (forever!), plus a quarterly bonus of 32-35% of collections, plus quarterly profit sharing, plus annual CE allowance, plus a $20,000 sign on bonus, plus earned equity , plus a 401K with company match, plus access to a comprehensive health & wellness package , plus dedicated mentorship , plus complete clinical autonomy , plus more!
