What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages.
• Perform restorative procedures, anterior endo, and removable prosthetics.
• Participate in or learn guided implant placement and Invisalign.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Collaborate with a skilled support team to deliver high-quality care.
• Contribute to a positive, team-based, patient-first practice culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active Illinois dental license or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient care skills.
• Open to both new graduates and experienced dentists.
• Growth mindset and interest in mentorship.

What We Offer:

• $150,000 guaranteed base salary for the first two years.
• $250,000 to $300,000+ earning potential in year one.
• Top providers earn $400,000+ annually.
• $20k to $30k in available bonuses (sign-on, relocation, or CE).
