A respected holistic private practice in Colorado Springs is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist to join its established team. Rooted in biological dentistry and whole-body wellness, the practice specializes in mercury-free care and SMART techniques. Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative and cosmetic procedures.
• Build lasting relationships with patients through clear communication and trust.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members for efficient workflows.
• Utilize SMART techniques (IAOMT) for mercury amalgam removal.
• Contribute to practice culture and long-term growth goals.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Colorado dental license or ability to obtain.
• Two years of experience preferred; GPR/AEGD graduates and new grads welcome.
• Proficiency or interest in clear aligners, implants, or oral surgery is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Earning potential of $240,000+ annually.
• Up to $1,000 daily guarantee, plus 25% of collections for the first 12 months.
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Up to $10,000 in sign-on, relocation, or continuing education bonus.
• Fully digital office: iTero, Planmeca CBCT, handheld X-rays.
• Patient base: 60% fee-for-service, 40% PPO.
• 9 operatories with full RDA and hygiene support.
• Ownership opportunity available in a single-location practice.
