• Lead protocol refinement, mentor an RN + MA team, and collaborate with our medical director on service launches and clinical content.

• Hold an active NP or PA-C license in North Carolina (or can obtain quickly).
• Bring 2+ years high-volume med-spa / cosmetic-derm experience.
• Can demonstrate proven results in several of these revenue lines:
• Semaglutide/Tirzepatide · Botox/Fillers · CO₂ or Erbium resurfacing · RF microneedling · PRP/PRF · Peptides · Vaginal rejuvenation · Sexual wellness · Hair restoration · Pico tattoo/pigment removal.
• Are ACLS-certified, laser-safety fluent, and obsessed with five-star before-and-afters.
• Enjoy educating patients and staff—and understand that ethical selling (matching the right treatments to the right patients) is part of great care.

• ≥ 95 % patient-satisfaction surveys within six months.
• Complication-free injectable & laser outcomes that strengthen our photo gallery.
• Consistent month-over-month growth across your treatment lines, supported by transparent production goals and bonus metrics.
• RN / MA team operating safely and independently under your guidance.
