JOB SUMMARY

Experienced in telemarketing, prospecting, and sales? If cold calling and productivity bring you results, this opportunity is for you!

This role involves argumentation and awareness strategies through email and phone. 

Here are the specific responsibilities of the position:

* Communication with targeted decision-makers among our clients' campaigns.

* Identification of decision-makers responsible for the technical, functional, or financial aspects;

* Execution of strategies according to the tele prospecting initiatives of the mandate following best practices to generate qualified business development opportunities;

* Development of marketing for new mandates;

* Optimization of the approach to maximize the volume of qualified leads;

* Collection of information and entry of the collected data into the database for all of our clients' contacts.

* The training will enable you to master the dialogue of the campaigns step by step to better structure your value proof presentation by inviting the technical and functional decision-makers of targeted companies to meet with us.

* The goal is to be able to easily communicate offers on which their companies can develop and support their growth.

REQUIREMENTSEducation Level: College or University (or 4 years of experience in telemarketing)Experience: More than two years of experience in a position related to the proposed mandate.

* Expert in cold calling, sales, and business development;

* Skilled at communicating growth initiatives and improvements at various levels to executives, managers, IT directors, HR, operations, finance, or others;

* Effective by phone and email in both languages;

* Fluent in English and French (written and spoken);

* Know how to manage your time effectively;
